Patricia Bandeira was born in Oporto, Portugal and is currently based in London. She is the winner of Portuguese art distinctions such as the ”New Bank Revelation” and “Portuguese Young Creators” awards, and her work has featured in several national and international video-art festivals. Currently, she curates an annual experimental film showcase in Oporto, Portugal – X-mas Short Film Madness – and is a Fine Art Student at Goldsmiths College, London.

When facing scenarios of digital, chemical, neuronal, or even environmental manipulation and coercion, what is the effective relation of the individual with his core?
